Junior Learn-to-Row Program
Athletes (age 12 – 18) new to rowing are introduced to rowing in our junior learn-to-row program. Time will be spent on rowing machines and on the water in rowing shells. They learn valuable skills such as teamwork, fitness conditioning, and safety on the water. Once the rower completes the learn-to-row program, they are eligible to join the Junior crew. The junior learn to row program is coached by high-level coaches who make learning to row easy and fun. No experience is necessary.
